Oral history interview with Mrs. Charles Glynn and her daughter Barbara Gantenbein [sound recording] / interviewed by Howard Fredricks. 1977 Mar. 31.

Glynn describes growing up in Reno, Minnesota, where her father was a railroad worker and her mother kept a hotel in the late 1800s. She discusses family, education, early medical care, the railroad and hotel industries, and her life married to a railroad worker. Gantenbein also recalls the family's living quarters in train depots and her own education.
